A Realistic 2-year-old Routine

Our 2-year-old routine hasn’t changed too much from Bitty’s 18-month routine but there have been a couple of changes so I thought I would make an update! I am a firm believer in toddler routines. They thrive on predictability and honestly, it keeps me motivated as well. So in case you are looking to update your toddler routine now that your little is getting older then read on!

Vintage Elephant Gender Reveal Backyard BaByQ

We had a simple gender reveal party, with some vintage decor touches, plenty of elephants rolling around, and fun out in the backyard with friends and family!

Toddler Toy Closet Organization

The toy closet keeps all her toys together and organized so that come rotation day finding what we want to put out on her play shelf is a snap! We don’t use a complete bin system, I’m sure we will get to that but I currently prefer doing custom rotations and my organization system is set up to suit that!

Toddler Play Shelfie – April 1st

Another toy rotation in the books! I rotate every two weeks normally; though this was technically a three-week rotation because we were gone for a whole week in the middle for a little “spring break”. This was the first time that I considered leaving the toys for a little longer. As I was watching her play over the weekend she was still interacting well with a few of the items! In the end I did decide to change most of it out but we did have out first repeat toy this time so we’ll see how that goes!
